Witch Hazel is a villain in the Donald Duck cartoon "Trick-or-Treat". She has a black hat and suit with her black cat and broom and used her cauldron with her magic tricks.

There is also another Witch Hazel in the classic "Looney Tunes" cartoons, who first appeared after "Trick-or-Treat" and sounds identical to the Disney version. Voice actress June Foray (who performed both roles) has stated in interviews that this was not an accident and that Chuck Jones was able to get away with it, because Disney did not own the rights to the name "Witch Hazel", which is a type of alcohol rub.
Since she wants to help Huey, Deuy and Louie she is not a true villain, as she has been seen to be extremely kind to those she feels need help.
