Nodoff is a minor antagonist from the Disney Afternoon show Darkwing Duck. He is the ruler of Dream World and uses his sleep sand to put others to sleep. He appeared in the episode "Ghoul of My Dreams".
Role in the episode[]
In order to obtain enough money to pay off her student loan, Morgana Macawber struck a deal with Nodoff. He would help her out by using his sleep sand to lull the denizens of St. Canard to sleep. While asleep, Morgana and her familiars flew over the city in a balloon to get the money in any way they could.
