Kenneth Sean Carson, also known simply as Ken, is the (former) secondary antagonist in Toy Story 3. He is Lotso's second-in-command of Sunnyside. Despite this, he is teased by the other toys. He is voiced by Michael Keaton.

Toy Story 3Edit

Ken is first seen being informed by Lotso that Andy's toys have arrived. He soon catches sight of Molly's old Barbie doll. He immediately falls in love with her. Ken then shows them his Dream House and expresses his desire to share it with someone else, making Barbie lovestruck.

Later on, Buzz exits the Caterpilar Room to ask Lotso to transfer them to the Butterfly Room where the older kids are located. He sees Ken spending time with Barbie, only for him to get picked up by Chunk and Twitch so they can gamble in their hidout. Buzz spies on them, but is found by Big Baby and thrown on the gambling table. Ken orders him captured and taken to the library. Buzz demands he see Lotso, but Ken refuses, saying he has no right to see Lotso. He then whistles for Bookworm to give Lotso the Buzz Lightyear instruction manual so that he can become a henchman. Buzz is put on demo mode and brainwashed into becoming one of Lotso's helpers, and is sent to capture Andy's toys, which he does. Barbie then arrives and sees what is happening, causing her to break up with Ken. Ken has her imprisoned as well.

Later on, Mr. Potato Head gets out of his cell as part of a plan to escape. Ken catches up to him, but is kicked in the shin by Mr. Potato Head. This prompts Ken to order Big Baby to put Mr. Potato Head into the sandbox. Barbie then pleads to Ken to free, and Ken does and brings her to his Dream House, where he puts on all of his fashion clothes for her. When he shows her his martial arts skills, he finds out she is gone. He is then attacked from behind and Barbie demands he tell her what Lotso did to Buzz. He refuses, and is stripped to his underwear and forced to watch Barbie mock and tear up his fashion clothes. After she starts to rip his Nehru jacket, he confesses to Barbie that Lotso switched Buzz to demo mode and baws in shame. He is then forced into leading her into the direction of the Bookworm.

Near the end, When Andy's toys are about to be pushed into a dumpster, Ken returns and tries to convince Lotso not to dispose of Barbie. Realizing he is in love with her, Lotso mocks him, saying there a hundred million Barbies, but Ken replies that they are not like the Barbie he has met. Lotso then throws him over to Andy's toys and is caught by Woody. When Lotso is thrown into the dumpster by Big Baby and pulls Woody in, Andy's toys jump in with them, but Barbie is held back by Ken, who does not want to lose her again.

Ken and Barbie reconcile and become a couple and become the leaders of Sunnyside, turning it into a true paradise for toys.
